купил билет Бургас-St. Petersburg на 28.09.2018г на рейс 6808 через билетдешево.а 27.09. случайно обнаружил что агенство билетдешево потребовали у аэрофлота возврат оплаченных билетов и аэрофлот оформил возврат невозвратных билетов. хотя на руках у меня маршрутная квитанция. пришлось приобретать новый билет по цене в 3раза дороже первоначальной.у меня создалось впечатление что АЗРОФЛОТ так-же участвует в этой авантюре
А куда идти писать заявление????? У меня был рейс Москва -Ларнака в 2003году. Половина самолёта остались без багажа. Объединились в Москве нашли типо юриста, сдали по 100$ и юрист в итоге тоже нас кинул.....

Заявления принимаются семь дней в неделю, 24 часа в сутки, почему не договориться на определенную дату и время и не встретиться, каждый напишет заявление и тогда полиция начнёт работать.
